Effective Dates:
This promotional offer is valid from November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
1. Offer Eligibility
- This offer applies exclusively to purchases of standard Learning Tree Training Vouchers or Enterprise Subscription Plans made during the Promotion Period.
- For every 10 qualifying Training Vouchers or Enterprise Subscription Plans purchased within a single transaction, the customer will receive one (1) complimentary training voucher or enterprise subscription (“Complimentary Unit”).
- The offer is valid only for new committed order customers (customers who have not pursued Training Vouchers or Enterprise Subscriptions Plans) or lapsed customers (have not purchased with Learning Tree in 2 or less years).
- Existing customers with active, non-lapsing vouchers or subscriptions are not eligible for this promotion.
- We are extending the voucher/enterprise subscription promotion to organisations that have purchased individual subscription plans but have not yet purchased enterprise subscriptions or vouchers.
2. Offer Details
- Complimentary Units are provided at no additional cost and must correspond to the same product type (Training Voucher or Enterprise Subscription Plans) purchased.
- The Complimentary Unit(s) will be issued after payment is received for the qualifying purchase.
- Complimentary Units carry the same expiration period as the purchased Training Vouchers or Enterprise Subscription Plans..
- This offer is not retroactive and cannot be applied to prior purchases.
- Complimentary Units have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or credited toward other Learning Tree products or services.
3. Pricing and Limitations
- Offer applies to standard pricing only and may not be combined with any other discounts, contract pricing, or promotional programs.
- Custom, volume-discounted, or government-contracted pricing is excluded from this promotion.
- Offer available while supplies last and subject to modification or cancellation at Learning Tree’s discretion.
4. Redemption and Use
- Complimentary vouchers and subscriptions must be redeemed in accordance with Learning Tree’s standard Training Vouchers or Enterprise Subscription terms.
- Customers are responsible for managing and tracking their issued Complimentary Units within their organisation.
- Complimentary Units cannot be transferred outside the purchasing organisation.
5. General Conditions
- Offer valid for organisations located within North America, Europe, and Middle East markets only.
- Learning Tree reserves the right to verify eligibility and to deny Complimentary Units in the event of suspected abuse or misrepresentation.
- All standard Learning Tree Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Training Voucher and/or Enterprise Subscription usage policies apply.
- This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Terms & Conditions for Free Course Day Draw Contest
PRIOR PUBLIC OR PRIVATE COURSE PURCHASE, COURSE COMPLETION, AND SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A SURVEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. MULTIPLE PUBLIC COURSE PURCHASES AND COMPLETED SURVEYS WILL IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SPONSOR: The Sponsor (“Sponsor”) of this sweepstakes is Learning Tree International with offices at 13650 Dulles Technology Drive, Suite #400, Herndon, VA 20171-6156.
GRAND PRIZE; ODDS OF WINNING: During the term of this contest one (1) free guaranteed to run Learning Tree public course will be awarded each month. The Learning Tree course costs up to $5,000. Some course exclusions such as partner and premium courses apply at Learning Tree’s sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules. Each public course attendee who submits a completed survey is eligible; however, program holders are excluded such as public courses attended under Vouchers, CTAs, and Subscriptions. Winners must attend the awarded free course within six (6) months of the award date or the date when Learning Tree notifies a contest winner.
Sponsor agrees to abide by any policy of an eligible winner’s organization with respect to the awarding of the Grand Prize. Further, Sponsor will not intervene in any decision made by an organization with regards to the Grand Prize.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the sweepstakes by completing the online survey. The Released Parties will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced entries (all of which are void). The personal information that entrants submit will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. If you expressly opt-in to complete a survey, then Sponsor may use the information you submit to offer you information on other offers or products or services. ELIGIBILITY: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States of America, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions who are over the age of eighteen (18) as of April 1, 2025, and who are employees of corporations, partnerships and government organizations. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who from and after April 1, 2025 were or are employees or agents of Sponsor or its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, of the service agencies or independent contractors of the above organization(s); (b) persons who are engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or drawing of winners for this sweepstakes; and (c) persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either of the preceding categories.
DRAWING; NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION: The prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor, whose decision will be final and binding in all respects. The monthly winner will be selected on or around the first business day of the following month, and the winner will be notified within ten (10) days after the drawing by telephone, email or mail. If the Sponsor cannot reach the winner within three (3) days after it attempts to notify the winners, Sponsor will select a new winner or winners according to these rules. Additionally, if a winner is ineligible, it will be deemed as if the winner has rejected the prize, and Sponsor will select a new winner.
SCHEDULE: The sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on the final date of each month at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Closing Date"), with winners selected monthly through March 31, 2026. To be eligible, all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. At its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it considers to have intentionally violated these Official Rules or any element of this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be legally bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor – which shall be considered final and binding in all respects without right of appeal; and (b) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability with respect to the sweepstakes.
TAXES: The confirmed winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any income tax relating to the Grand Prize.
APPLICABLE LAW: These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. All applicable Commonwealth of Virginia federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
ONLINE ENTRIES: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. The winning entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry was made. The authorized e-mail account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries (all of which are void). If this sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the sweepstakes, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion thereof. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GENERAL: ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other mechanics stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, entry and/or other information with these Official Rules, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the sweepstakes as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
VERIFICATION: All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying any individual’s eligibility to participate in this sweepstakes; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification of the entrant in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this sweepstakes will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor.
